Joined Nippon Telephone & Telegraph Corporation (known as NTT) in April 1975, where he entered in the Data Communications Division and started his long career in the filed of system integration. In 1988, NTT DATA CORPORATION (NTTD) was spun off from NTT Corporation as a private corporation to take over the data communication operations.

In February 1990, he was appointed Senior Manager of the US branch, and enlarged its business in the US IT market until being appointed Senior Manager of Personnel Department back in Tokyo Headquarters in 1992.

April 1996 President of M.I.S.I. co. ,ltd., a full service IT resources firm headquarted in NY, a NTTD subsidiary.

Tomokazu Hamaguchi is a Senior Corporate Advisor and Director of NTT DATA Corporation. Prior to that, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer from 2003 to 2007.

Mr. Hamaguchi joined NTT Public Corporation in 1967, after receiving a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Kyoto University. In 1995, he became Senior Vice President in charge of industrial sector business and then corporate strategy. He spent 1997 to 2001 as Executive Vice President and Senior Executive Manager for the public sector. Then from 2001 he served as Senior Executive Vice President until his appointment as President in 2003.

Mr. Hamaguchi has also served as Chairperson for the Japan Information Technology Services Industry Association (JISA) since May 2007.

Toshiro Kawamura is an executive advisor at NEC Corporation and the Co-Overall Chair of Global Business Dialogue on e-Commerce (GBDe). He also serves as the Chair of Japan-Taiwan Electronic Commerce Promotion Committee.

Prior to becoming executive advisor, Mr. Kawamura was senior executive vice president and member of the board and oversees NEC’s solutions and software business. Five of the company’s key business units handle this business: Industrial Solutions, Broadband Solutions, System Services, Mission Critical Systems, and Software.

NEC has world-class technologies in three core domains—IT, networks, and semiconductors—all of which are vital to creating a ubiquitously networked society. The company has developed solutions grounded in numerous outstanding technologies that generate synergies. These include technologies for constructing open mission critical systems—highly reliable, large-scale information systems that operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year without interruption—and communications systems that underpin society. Another example is semiconductor technologies that support advanced information systems.

Prior to becoming senior executive vice president, Mr. Kawamura was responsible for vertical sales for five years. He also oversaw large-scale system integration for leading enterprises such as Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, NTT DoCoMo, and Postal Savings for 10 years.

Mr. Kawamura joined NEC in 1965, and was engaged for 10 years in the development of the first ”Time-Sharing Systems” adopted by major universities in Japan such as Osaka University and Tohoku University. In addition, for 15 years he was involved in large-scale operating systems of NEC’s mainframe computers, which were delivered to 5,000 customers worldwide.

He is a graduate of Keio University in Japan with a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science. He loves golf, gardening and watching sports games.

Dr. Jyh-Sheng Ke is currently the Senior Fellow and Board Member of the Institute for Information Industry (III), Taiwan, and was the President/CEO of III from 2003 to 2006. In his twenty-four years career at III, Dr. Ke first was responsible for the Chinese computer development, and then has directed the research and development of a wide spectrum of advanced technologies for computer and communications products, led pioneering work in e-business and e-commerce platforms, multimedia communications technology development, as well as assisted the government in the promotion and development of the National Information Infrastructure and bridging the digital divide. In 2005 and 2006, he also served as the Chairman of the Chinese Institute of Electrical Engineering, Taiwan. In 2007, he was elected as the Chairman of IT-enabled Service Management Association, Taiwan.

Dr. Ke obtained a B.S. Degree in Computer Science and Control Engineering from the National Chiao-Tung University, Taiwan and, later, his Masters and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska and University of Illinois, respectively. In 2004, Dr. Ke was elected as a Fellow of Chinese Society for Management of Technology, Taiwan. In 2007, he was awarded as an outstanding alumnus by National Chiao-Tung University.

Mr. Shaio-Tung Chang began his career in DGT (Directorate General of Telecommunications) in 1969. He was previously Senior Vice President of Chunghwa Telecom and supervised the marketing, information technology and customer service departments. Prior to that, he served as head of CHT's Mobile Business Group and International Business Group. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan

Dennis ("Denny") McGuire, co-founded TPI in 1989 on the principle of providing objective expertise to Global 1000 corporations that seek to make sustained improvement in their operations. With more than 20 years of relevant industry experience, he has led the firm in its service offerings and international expansions, as well as the company’s substantial growth. In November of 2007, in conjunction with the acquisition of TPI by Information Services Group, (ISG), Denny became Chairman Emeritus.

From the beginning, TPI’s primary focus has been to assist clients with the evaluation, negotiation, implementation and management of sourcing-related initiatives. More recently, TPI has developed expertise in a broad range of service delivery strategies and alternatives, to include offshore, Shared Services, and multi-sourcing solutions. Since inception, the firm has been the market leader, advising clients in sourcing transactions with a total contract value of more than more than US$260 billion across every major country.

Throughout his career, Denny has been a leader in the growth and evolution of the outsourcing industry. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, user events and service provider forums. Denny is often quoted in the national and international business news, industry publications and by equity analysts. He is the recipient of the 2003 Ernst & Young Houston Entrepreneur of the Year Award and the 2000 World Outsourcing Achievement Award.

Denny and his wife, Marty, are actively involved in a number of charities. They are on the Boards of the Star of Hope Homeless Mission located in Houston, UMMEED, an organization in Mumbai, India, set up to help children with developmental disabilities, and Living Water International, a non-profit organization that provides clean water and medical attention in 21 countries.

Mr. Yusaku Nakata is the Executive Director of IPA, Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan, an Independent Administrative Agency, where pursuing the mission to achieve the national goal of "Becoming the world’s most advanced IT nation."

He graduated from Faculty of Engineering, Kyoto University, and entered the Ministry of International Trade and Industry, MITI, (current Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, METI,) in 1979. He has played important roles in various posts within MITI and METI, mainly in technology and statistics area.

He resigned from METI in July, 2008 and was appointed as the Executive Director of IPA.

Dr. Shiino joined Nomura Research Institute (NRI) in 1979 and engaged in numerous research and consulting projects for both government organization and private companies. After acting as General Manager of Information & Service Industry Consulting Department, he became member of the Board of Directors of NRI in 2000. After holding various positions, including director in charge of Research & Consulting Division, he became Corporate Senior Vice Presidents in 2002, to oversee Distribution & Social Systems Division. He assumed the present post of Counselor of NRI in April 2007.

He serves as Executive Board Member of Japan Information Technology Services Industry Association from May 2007.

Dr. Shiino earned a B.S. in Biology degree in 1977 and a Master of Science in Biology from Tokyo University in 1979, and a Ph.D. of Energy Management and Policy from University of Pennsylvania in 1984.
